Y 我豁出去了!
Since I was at Vivo, and I had no viewings last night, so I met up with Dong for dinner. Sorry for cancelling on you the other day. Well, I was craving for steak last night, so we dined at Swensen's. Thanks for the birthday treat, dong! I guess I owed you 3 treats now. Haha. :) Labels: Everyday
Decided to go into Sentosa to explore the Resorts World Sentosa after dinner. The last time I went into Sentosa was .... 2008! That's about 2 years ago man! Haha. Anyway, with a "Sentosa Staff" around, I don't really have to look out where I'm heading to - because Dong sure knows his way around. Laughs.
We took the monorail and alighted at Imbiah Station, where the Merlion is at. The fountain (larling! the one we took many pictures at few years ago is gone!) that used to be in front of the Merlion has been demolished. The entire area has changed so much. It has transformed into Genting-like. We walked to RWS, and explored the few hotels that were already opened. Most of the boutiques were closed at 7pm, because if I'm not wrong, they'll only open till late once the Universal Studios Theme Park is open.
We explored Hard Rock Hotel Singapore first, and I love love love the open concept lobby lounge (no pictures). Haha.
Followed by Festive Hotel
From Festive Hotel, we can link to the Galleria, the Casino, and Hotel Michael. The path to the Casino is damn cool! It's called the Hall of Treasures, with some graphic effects and surround sounds. We felt like we were walking into some Museums or something. And The Galleria is where all the boutiques are located. Most of the boutiques look pretty high-end. Victoria Secret's from the States is there too! :)

^^
Ah Dong so lame lor! He asked me whether that crown's above his head, and asked me to snap this. Lolol !!
Hall of Treasures
The Casino Entrance, with about 16 Singaporean/PR gantries, 4 or 6 Overseas Guests gantries, 1 handicap gantry and 4 Exits. It really looked very grand, and the whole place felt like Genting. Laughs.
We went on to Hotel Michael after we're done exploring the Casino. There's 2 really huge and interested naked statues at the entrance. I heard it's based on some Feng Shui that they placed those two statues there.
Heehee.
When we're done exploring all the areas that are opened to Public, we went to the coach station near the Casino to take the SMRT Bus RWS8 back to Vivocity. The coach station (and taxi stand) is in the basement carpark itself, and the carpark road is damn narrow! The bus ride out was damn jerky, as the driver kept jamming the brake while making all the sharp turns. The aunties and ah ma on the bus were complaining damn loudly in cantonese they gonna vomit soon. Haha.
And so, we took a train back home at about 10ish. With all the walking and stuffs, my legs were damn 'lemon' at the end of the day. Can't wait for the Theme Park to be open! Then again, the entrance fee is damn ex, 60 plus or so. Ohwells, it was a good breather last night. Thanks Dong for the dinner once again!!! :D I hope the next time round when we meet, you'll bring your girlfriend along. :)

I realised I've been tweeting (see on the left) and FB-ing using my phone alot lately. Love my data plans! Twitter is such wonderful micro-blogging tool. Guess I'll be tweeting more often than I'll blog from now on. Haha. ;x
And so, I've a viewing at Woodlands this afternoon. I'm feeling really nervous right now! Wish me luck please! I have to work hard, as I really 豁出去了! :S
